 قال الله تعالى:  مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ ﴿١٨﴾ ق

 ما يَتلفَّظُ إنسانٌ بقَولٍ إلَّا وعِندَه مَلَكٌ حافِظٌ لكَلامِه، حاضِرٌ لا يُفارِقُه. 

Man does not utter any word except that with him is an observer prepared  [to  record].  No human utters a word except that there is an angel guarding and recording their speech, always present and never absent
